Dropped off car at 8:30 am for its first ever service (7500 miles)-- a tire rotation and multi-point inspection. It was noted that I was going to wait at the service center. I was informed that the service would take about 1.5 hours. At about 10:30 am, I was informed that a software update was available for the vehicle and would take about another hour. The software update was still occurring at about 1 pm, so the service center shuttled me home and then delivered the vehicle to our house later that afternoon.

My 2017 XT5 cameras went bluescreen after 10 years. I took it to Zeigler where they determined that the camera module had to be replaced. The module was ordered and promptly installed. I'm so happy that all is well again and I can continue to love my XT5 and Zeigler.
