I go to this dealership specifically because they treat you like a friend, not just another customer. The service team is always efficient and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why if they recommend any additional work. I also really appreciate that the sales staff doesn’t pressure or interrupt you while you’re there for service, which has been my experience at other dealerships. It’s a refreshing, customer-focused experience, and that’s why I keep coming back.

Dropped off car at 8:30 am for its first ever service (7500 miles)-- a tire rotation and multi-point inspection. It was noted that I was going to wait at the service center. I was informed that the service would take about 1.5 hours. At about 10:30 am, I was informed that a software update was available for the vehicle and would take about another hour. My 2017 XT5 cameras went bluescreen after 10 years. I took it to Zeigler where they determined that the camera module had to be replaced. The module was ordered and promptly installed. I'm so happy that all is well again and I can continue to love my XT5 and Zeigler.
