If you are shopping for a new Cadillac ask for Alex Nikolaev . He sold me a 2027 Vistiq. Very knowledgeable about the new technology . Alex used his resources from his Sales Manager , Finance Manager and Parts Manager flawlessly . Started the buying process in the early morning and by 3 in the afternoon I was driving the new Vistiq . Ziegler Cadillac and Alex Nikolaev are as good as it gets .

Came in today to look at a used Honda CR—V, right as we came in Omar Bakr in sales greeted us. Omar was very helpful in showing us the vehicle as well as knowledgeable in giving us a bit of history on the Honda. At the end we decided to purchase the vehicle, I would recommend doing business with Omar.
I came for an oil change. The service department was timely, polite and careful with my car. I wish they also had the choice of decaf coffee while I waited.

We had a unique experience in buying our car. We were not anticipating being out of town and needing a new vehicle, but it happened. The process was a bit drawn out, but ultimately we were pleased with the outcome.

So my issue was I had pre paid maintenance my boyfriend took car told them about pre pay Ruthee said ok he also said just oil change when he went to pick up car they charged home entire amount when I called to clarify she was kind of condescending and rude about it. She said she would look into it. When she called me back a whole different tune super friendly and refunded money but maybe be nice first not once u were wrong

Overall this dealership is good. However, I have to remind them that I have a maintenance package everytime I come for servicing.
