OFFICIAL ZEIGLER AUTO GROUP ‘MEGA MONEY MARCH” CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary. Need not be present to win. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. One entry per person. Registration period is from Tuesday, March 14th, 2023 until 10:58am Thursday, March 16th 2023 prior to the published tip-off time of the first game. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Zeigler Auto Group employees and their relatives are not eligible to register to win.

Winner will be notified via phone/email. Your email address will never be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Winner must provide Social Security Number, and is responsible for sales tax based on the current MSRP of the Prize won. Only one winner per household every 12 months. Cannot be applied to previous sales or layaways. If winner does not respond within 15 days of the drawing, an alternative entry will be drawn.

Prize winner(s) will be determined/drawn on the day after each round of the tournament: First Round (all game thru Fri. Mar. 17th); Second Round (all games thru Sun. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Zeigler Auto Group; their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning a prize and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

The sweepstakes: From March 23th through March 16th, 2023, Zeigler Auto Group will promote, by means of Internet, Social Media & Website the opportunity to submit entries to win prizes as detailed below.

Eligibility: In order to submit entry, participants must be 18 years of age or older (Photo ID Required). Only one entry allowed per person. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Zeigler Auto Group or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter: (I) Filling Out Your Brackets: All participating stores will have a link to the entry bracket page hosted at zeiglerbuyscars.com. You will receive an invite/link to Zeigler Mega Money March contest hosted on CBS Sports website. You must register on CBS Sports first, then you will be prompted to enter the Zeigler area. The team seedings for the 2023 Men’s Tournament will be populated within the Zeigler Mega Money March hosted on CBS Sports website shortly after the Seeding Announcement. At that time, if you are fully registered for the Contest, and have created your Contest Bracket, with your Picks and submit your Entry Brackets into the Contest as described above. Note that the “play-in” games, scheduled for March 14-15, 2023, are not included in the brackets, and do not count towards a Player’s scores in this Contest.

You have until sometime prior to the published tip-off time of the first 2023 Men’s Tournament game on March 16, 2023 (the “Entry Deadline”) to create your Entry Bracket, complete your Picks, complete any Tiebreaker Answers, and make revisions to your Contest Bracket. Must be 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary.

the event that the original Prize winners do not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits a Prize, Zeigler Auto Group will award prize to first alternate.

Decision of Zeigler Auto Group is final. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email and must meet all eligibility requirements.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Zeigler Auto Group its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

In the event that one or more teams participating in the 2023 Men’s Tournament change(s) for any reason after the initial Tournament seedings have been posted on the site, the Sponsor will update the site to reflect the changed team(s), and will make a reasonable attempt to notify participants of the changed bracket(s) by posting a notice of the change(s) on the site. At that point, it is the Player’s responsibility, prior to the Entry Deadline, to return to the Website to modify his/her Bracket(s) with new Picks for any game(s) affected by the changed teams. Zeigler Auto Group will not automatically update any Player’s Picks in order to reflect the change in teams, so unless the user takes action to correct his/her Picks, any previously selected Picks affected by a change in teams may be deemed incorrect.

All prizes are non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, Zeigler Auto Group reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent or legal guardian of winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.

Winner or Parent or legal guardian of any Prize winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form (“the Form”) that : a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Zeigler Auto Group its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the “Release”) from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes the Releasee to use the winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.

Prizes will not be released until Zeigler Auto Group receives all required documents. Failure of Prize winners to return the Forms within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to Zeigler Auto Group within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.

Unforeseen Events: Zeigler Auto Group reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that Zeigler Auto Group become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness Zeigler Auto Group reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. Primetime Audio Video is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
