There’s no denying that the 2021 Cadillac CT5 is fun to drive. It’s loaded with power and performance features that will leave you anxiously waiting for your next chance to get behind the wheel.
We’ve outlined its most impressive features at Zeigler Cadillac of Lincolnwood so you can see for yourself.
The Power
The midsize luxury sedan has two powerful engine options. It’s equipped with either a 2.0-liter twin-scroll turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 option.
The V6 power generates an impressive 360 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque. The automatic ten-speed transmission gives the 2021 Cadillac CT5 top speeds in its segment.
Driver Mode Selector
You can also adjust your drive mode to further improve your performance. It includes a mode for tour, sport, and snow/ice.
There’s also a “my mode” which lets you customize your settings and easily select them any time you’re driving. There are also two drive modes which are exclusive to the Cadillac CT5 V-Series: track and v-mode.
Elevated Ride
Every drive is elevated even more with magnetic ride control. It reads the road up to 1,000 times per second and adjusts your damping for improved control and handling.
The sedan also includes an electronic limited-slip rear differential which delivers torque where you need it most to give you greater control.
Super Cruise™
Meet the first true hands-free driver-assist system: Super Cruise™. It has over 200,000 miles of compatible highways in the United States and Canada. It even includes on-demand lane change functionality. The feature will be available in early 2021.
